But how?
There are a few things that you have to keep in your mind while making yourself ready to get out of this trauma. You can follow them & see the results in the form of happiness & fulfilment.
1-Decide to Move On:
The Step #1 of How to forget someone you Love is a decision that you make when you realize that she was not the last girl of this planet. The first thing to get yourself out of trauma is to make a decision about yourself that you are moving forward. It does not mean that you have to be in a new relationship but you have to get out of this one. Decide for yourself that the world is full of opportunities & when we lose something worthy, we definitely find something more worthy in the future at the right time. Decide to make yourself feel that you are single & now you are your Priority.
2-Delete:
Step #2 of How to forget someone you love is to cut out all communication with that person. Trauma always has some triggers when associated with someone you have feelings for. These triggers can be pictures, texts, recordings, gifts or anything associated with your love. If you decide to move on, you must delete everything associated with that person. The lesser the triggers will be, the fewer chances of trauma will be there & more fulfilment will be inside your soul. So delete every memory, text, and picture you share with her.
3-Songs:

Comment your favourite song that you will listen to on repeat mode.
4-Start Loving Yourself
Loving yourself is the prerequisite for loving someone else.
Why you can’t gift yourself with something you love?
Why you can’t focus on your mental & physical capacity?
Why you can’t make yourself more handsome & cool?
Start loving yourself before finding a new relationship. The world will be a better place if you do this for yourself.
