How can I Get Used to Reading books?
Small Start:
Reading books is unlike a military mission in which you have or Die Situation. Book reading depends on your capacity, how much you can absorb, and repeating absorb; reading is not about reading. It does mean absorbing. Starting from 2 to 3 pages a day will not even bother you much, and it isn’t easy to arrange a time for 2 to 3 pages. It Maximum Takes 15-20 minutes only.
Make Schedule
The best time to read and absorb is from 04 AM to 6 AM. During this time period, you can take the maximum output in minimum time from your brain. Productivity decreases with the passage of time, and at night it has a level of 15-20%. So Make a Time Table for reading books, and it is best to set it for the morning.
Write the Purpose of the Book.
It is easy to find answers when you know the questions, So create a question from Book Title. When I read *Eat that Frog* I Knew it was about time management, so I wrote some questions I wanted to answer.
1-How to manage time?
2-Concept of Self-Management?
3- Time Management and productivity?
Above are some questions, But they are enough to teach you to how to get maximum outputs from the book.
Take Notes:
Taking notes is an art; it is not about writing whatever you read, and it also does not mean making your Book Blue, Red or Yellow with the help of Highlighters. Notes are only the most critical data: stats, dates, bullet points, etc. It’s never meant to be paragraphs and paragraphs & Paragraphs. So Write what’s the most important.
